Management is made up an immature gaslighter, an abrasive nitpicker, a guy that only is there cause of his relation to the director, and the director who is nice and a great listener but seems to be unable to make change that she says will happen. You aren’t given any tools to properly help residents beyond sending emails and making appointments. And half the time those emails aren’t responded to. Monthly meetings are scheduled and moved around very frequently leaving little opportunities to schedule around them. Will sometimes completely change your schedule without asking and say it’s mandatory. No upward mobility, only way you can move up is if you have a kid with one of the managers it seems.
