Solid niche within the space but lacks expertise within specific departments. Huge office space but several empty desks. Ownership is extremely supportive and usually in office. Lunch on Tuesdays/Fridays Remote.

No centralized training during onboarding, All new hires are operating off of "different" training methods causing confusing on once on the floor. Doesn't seem to have sticky relationships with customers. Some sales reps do not operate within the TMS or have formal training. Unclear commission structure or direction of the company.
