While we cannot address individual situations publicly, we want to be clear: our firm is compliant with applicable federal and state employment regulations, including the classification of exempt and non-exempt roles. We do not permit unpaid overtime and review pay practices and expectations regularly with our entire team. Should we learn of any concerns regarding workload responsibilities or work schedules, we promptly follow up to understand the situation, communicate openly and either update or correct accordingly.
We are committed to providing clear communication, legal compliance, and respectful interactions across all levels of our organization. Compensation adjustments, promotions or scheduling changes are agreed upon and memorialized in writing. These changes are processed through our established HR and payroll systems. In addition, we have provided outside professional expert guidance and mentoring to team members looking to develop further as qualified professionals.
Continuous improvement and ongoing compliance are central to our operations; we value opportunities to strengthen our practices. We encourage any current or former employee who believes there may have been a misunderstanding or misapplication of policy to reach out to HR to allow us the opportunity to review the matter thoroughly and address it.
