I’ve really enjoyed all the jobs I’ve gotten through RJL. They have high profile clients and I’ve been able to work in really exciting offices (with beautiful views!). Relatively good pay too as far as temp work goes!

It’s temp work and so it’s not reliable. You can go a month or two without working if you aren’t pushing for more jobs

RJL has great connections, expecially to finanance firms. They will check your skills and market you to strong firms in NYC. They were great for me to work with as a newcomer to the city, who needed work while in graduate school. Recruiters & owner are very personable, and busy but helpful.

It can be difficult to find temp-to-perm jobs, most are just temporary. If you take some time off temping, as I did due to a career change, you may drop off their radar and have trouble getting reassigned.
