Great company with great people

Need to better establish leadership and pick a clear direction

RJM in Colorado paid well, and had great benefits. Also we worked on a wide variety of projects so there was great experience to be had.

They are no longer open in Colorado! Also we were short handed on most projects and did not have good technical support from the home office in Minnesota. My position was pitched as a long term position, yet they knew at the time that the office was in the process of being sold.
