The dept I worked in was chaotic and unorganised. Ridiculous workload and too many processes and ticking boxes and filling forms involved in carrying out everyday tasks. Company too big and the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Messy company to work for felt like I was always chasing my tail with no end to anything
