Projects have been "urgent" for years without going live, and now the same nonsense is being applied to other in-house projects. It’s all talk, no action. **Advice to the director:** Wake up and realize this is a product-based company, not some fantasy land where dreams come true overnight. Stop setting unachievable timelines and focus on the present reality instead of delusional deadlines. 2) Management Team: Completely clueless. They have no idea how to manage teams or distribute tasks effectively. They also don’t understand how development works—an unexpected bug can take hours to fix, but they expect everything to work like clockwork. **Advice to the management team: Get rid of the ridiculous "DOMM" system. It’s a joke. Some people barely work 5 hours but still manage to clock 8 hours, while hardworking employees put in extra hours and still get blamed for delays. The blame culture here is toxic. Also, stop thinking that piling more people onto a task will magically speed things up—it won’t. 3) Advice to new joiners: Don’t even think about joining this mess of a company. If you’ve signed a bond, finish it as fast as you can and leave. There’s nothing to learn here. Seniors don’t even know the basics of programming and reject any improvements during code reviews because they’re too insecure or incapable of understanding. **Overall: This is a third-rate company with incompetent leadership, zero growth opportunities, and an awful work culture. Joining this company was one of the worst decisions of my career, and I deeply regret it.
