We are planning regular team-building activities—both virtual and in-person—to foster connection and collaboration. Additionally, we invite you to join events that others in our Australia office signed up for together like the "Around the Bay" biking event and "One Foot Forward". We were touched to see how TeamRLD members donated to charities that are close to their coworkers' hearts.

Pay has fallen way behind market, and constant promises to fix it have gone nowhere for over a year and a half. Promotion raises and new hires means there's serious pay-inequality for folks who made the company so successful in the first place. Parent company (RLDatix) is pushing a ton of major changes and hiring.
