Salary not impressive; inflation equivalent pay reviews Support from other teams is poor because they are strained; a lot of your job is to chase everyone for what little resource there is Redundancies - teams have been shrinking for some time Company isn't doing great financially and hasn't been for several years, so don't expect any decent benefits, social events or crucially, bonuses (they are based on performance of the entire organisation, not just you or your division) - I don't think a non-senior bonus has been given out since before covid!
