RM gives the work environment which will help you to improve the Technical Skills as well as Soft Skills. Lot of opportunities for getting various trainings.

      RM is very particular about following processes. So, when it comes to promotions, you will not get one if you have not completed the number of years with the company even if you are really good.

      RM has a clean, nicely designed and well-lit office in the Milton Park complex. It is situated in beautiful Sutton Courtenay. There are some beautiful houses there. They lay on food quite regularly. It is mostly a friendly atmosphere.

      Everyone was selling their houses in Sutton Courtenay because of the expansion of Didcot into their beautiful village. There was an awful sense of a cloud advancing over the land.
