I'm sorry to read that you feel the care we have across the business is dishonest and ingenuine. There are multiple projects underway at the moment all directly aimed at improving the employee experience - both from a personal and ways of working/process point of view. The business has been through a state of significant change over recent years and we're appreciative that this has often led to some confusion around direction and/or priorities. There is ongoing activity to tackle this and improve the flow of communication and more importantly, information on our business direction going forward.
Over recent months, we've increased the amount of communication we have from our Executive team so that teams feel more informed about where we're heading as a business and what their part in that is. That's not to say we have it running as effectively as we'd like but it's definitely a step in the right direction.
I'm unaware as to when you left the business as your review states you are a former employee however if you left us recently, then you may have heard Mark talk about us being on a transformation journey to strengthen the business and set us up for success now and in the future. It's an exciting time to be a part of the team as we hope to continue improving what we do for the betterment of education for both students and educators but this does mean some shifts from our previous focuses.
