Hi - and thank you for your review. It's unfortunate to read that you wouldn't recommend RM as a place to work. There has been significant change taking place in the business over recent years as we steer the course of the business towards long-term, sustainable success and unfortunately, this has meant we've had to realign parts of the business too. As a part of this activity, it has sadly meant saying farewell to some of our fantastic people.
