      -Good Salary -Flexibility -Friendly Human Resources -No More pros

      Svantaggi

      -Group of liars. -No Career Path. -No development plan. -Very bad management. -No specialization. -Family Business. -I think they are working illegally as you will not have a copy of your contract and you will be asked not to write the actual salary that you gain. -No Vision. -No Control. -Not recommended by all means, join it only when you are jobless. -They provide only 15 days as annual leave and this is the price of what they call flexibility. -Very bad place to park

      - Smaller company: about 150ish employees. But they are growing. - Very laid back. Very limited admin hurdles. - Excellent HR support. Very helpful addressing any HR or pay issues. - Competitive PTO.
