Dear Reviewer, First of all we’d like to thank you for the wonderful positives you’ve expressed in your recent review of our management company. While it’s satisfying to know that overall you’re happy with your experience as a member of our team, it’s also disheartening to realize someone feels they are not entirely appreciated for the work they put in daily. Please understand that it’s difficult to answer to anonymous feedback like this since we have no details about what led you to your conclusions. We try very hard to show our appreciation through perks such as strong compensation, adequate training, significant bonus programs, celebratory events and even added days off when everyone has been working extra hard. Hours are good and there are extra days off.

No room for growth, they only promote family. They previously talked everyone out of applying for a promotion so they could promote an inexperienced family member. The bonuses are a joke, the salaries and raises are low. There is no human resource department. The corporate offices are rude to employees with questions and worst of all… they recently made a change to healthcare benefits with less than 10 days notice after having a mandatory company meeting about medical benefits where this change was not discussed. The change done in the cloak of darkness will cost some employees thousands of dollars.

The timing was dictated by external deadlines from our provider that unfortunately compressed our communication timeline.
