Work culture and respect the company has for its employees

There aren't very many cons at all.

Everyone was really nice and positive.

Lower than industry standard pay. There are a few senior devs there that don't like to relinquish any sort of control. Couldn't deploy anything, but had to be present for deployment nights. Didn't feel like I was learning anything.
