Professional work environment with career growth

A bit far from main city

I am having 13+ years of Industry experience and 15+ years of teaching experience. And I have been working in the RNB Global University since 2016 and in these years, I found that the University appreciate positive attitude among its employees. Since its inception University started recognizing and rewarding its employees and faculty members, which is very rare in the Industry. It is always a challenge for all good organizations to balance between good and bad attitudes of its employees. I believe education is by default based only on ethics and values, in just a span of three years this University has proved this by distributing large number of scholarships among talents. Students from weaker section of society have been given opportunity to continue their higher studies. Along with this University having very high-tech Security System implemented with their online Cameras which I feel is mandatory now a days to maintain safety & security within the campus. I feel such important measure not only gives confidence to the Parents but also to the students who are joining from all walks of life. I appreciate the visionary approach of the University to develop high-tech skills not only in the students but also in staff members. Yes, I know this as a fact that unless organizations impose certain rules & regulations, certain section of our society does not show improvement. Therefore, I feel overall good working experience within this noble organizations. Time (due dates) is essence of good management. We all should respect each others time and this University demand punctualities, which is not only good for Students but also good for building good career for professional employees.
