Svantaggi
Absolutely terrible management including CEO Management and dispatch do not care about you or your health and safety. Illegal trips carrying over the legal capacity of O2 tanks in the truck. Highly against the law but forced to do it anyway by management. Dispatch is very uncoordinated. Hospital staff has advised the attendants that they don't like calling dispatch to book transfers because RNR dispatch has horrible customer service and are very unfriendly on the phone. You're always "on call" but never paid to be on call. If you don't pick up your phone at night (even at midnight while you're sleeping to get ready for the next days shift) because dispatch wants to change your start time you get written up. Attendants/drivers are treated less than trash by management, dispatch and the CEO, Rob. The uniform is hideous and you have to pay top dollar for it. Yes, it comes out of your pay check.
