Lack of communication (also in within the same department) Lack of respect Lack of trust Lack of equity and Fairness Plenty of lies Firing people in one day without a reason I lost the count of the people quitting the company due to an overwhelming dissatisfaction with the senior management. Yet, they continue to claim on LinkedIn that "Our group is growing". Are you sure about that?? The Worst company I worked for.
