I got paid and they did work with you if you needed time off or internet was messing up.

Very unorganized and confusing. Half the time the applications used didn't even work. Or calls would drop. Not to mention if a customer was yelling at you and cussing you out you had to continue the call and could not end it. While I worked there they were beginning the work from home and it was so confusing even the leads had no idea what they were doing.
