If you don't want a gap in your resume, it's a job. The managers are very encouraging. They are forgiving if you need extra breaks after handling harassment from customers.

If you are assigned to a bad company through ROI it is difficult to deal with. Some of these companies that employ ROI are basically scamming people, and you have to try and talk customers through troubleshooting issues that the company is scamming them through. The pay is ridiculously low, especially with today's economy. Mortgages are between 7-8% in the south. Apartment rent costs as much as a mortgage nowadays if you want to live somewhere decent. Somebody should unionize if they haven't already, or at least demand a good wage and benefits. I am almost positive this company would rather have a high turnover rate. Even though the managers are nice, they imply that it is difficult or impossible to move up in the company.
