Some of the people can be nice and pleasant. The environment could be professional at times. New building so the computers worked pretty well most of the time.

The first day I worked in the Customer Service Dept. they put me on the phones. The gal that trained another gal and me at the same time kept screaming at the Customers. What kind of customer service is that? No benefits whatsoever, no health insurance, no dental/vision insurance, no paid vacations They cut your hours claiming there isn't enough work and yet the owner have plenty of toys Management is no where to be found. Supervisors are on a power trip. Policies would change at a moments notice with the clients and the Supervisors wouldn't even tell you if you had a day off and came back to work. You had to find out via other employees.
