While we do not currently offer cost of living increases, we do pay above industry standards and offer regular performance-based bonuses and other bonuses so that everyone can share in our company’s success. We’re also very proud of our management team and we are thoughtful when we make any manager changes. They’re a big reason why our average employee tenure is higher than at most companies, and why 96% of our team members would recommend ROI as a great place to work.
