Never worked for, seen or heard of a consultancy who are as independent as ROLABOTIC. They do not do what makes them the most profit but, they do what's right for their clients. Market topping pay & benefit but often not advertised as the Founder is keen not to attract talent solely based on pay/benefits.

Even as a multiple decades experienced professional in management consultancy the learning curve is steep because ROLABOTIC is unlike any normal consulting firm. It is refreshing but, challenging ones own status quo. The Founder has never worked solely in consulting so, takers a radically different view to the norm.

ROLABOTIC is a welcoming environment for all, you feel instantly welcomed and part of a tight knit team even as an intern like myself. At ROLABOTIC I have learned skills that were alien to me at first however now I feel competent in skills like excel, advancing my sales technique and understanding ways of a business as a whole whether it be within ROLABOTIC or looking into clients/potential clients. It's fair to say I haven't worked in an environment like ROLABOTIC where you feel inspired to work twice as hard to attempt to give back what you receive from the company and team.

I have no bad words to say about ROLABOTIC.
