(Back when I was there) some of the nicest, most multi-talented diverse teammates I've ever had the privilege to work with. But the turnover is insane, so by the time you join YMMV. Some really interesting projects to work on, both in terms of music and in terms of tech research

Run by a CEO who has never been an employee, and I don't think had ever been inside an office. No idea of how a company should work, absolutely no idea how to lead people, build an effective working culture, and he seemed determined to figure out everything from first principles. Everything about structure and process was all about constantly reinventing the wheel. Endless badly handled changes of direction. Every start-up has shifting priorities, but I've never known a startup upset so many employees so regularly as a result of those shifting priorities. The CEO seemed to take a personal dislike to some people, was really harshly critical in public and private, gave them unreasonable workloads and basically sabotaged them from the start.
