Vantaggi
Working in Design or Marketing teams seems like an exciting opportunity Good benefits; flexible schedule when willing Colleagues include great people and professionals
Svantaggi
Working in any team other than Design & Marketing: prepare to have your feedback/data/expertise/contributions ignored for a 'business reality' that never seems to match requirements for commercial viability or individual career goals No salary/performance/title review in 3 years – late nights and weekends for 6 months due to major operational failure & many added responsibilities in the meantime Business is volatile at the whim of Pharaonic leadership. Expertise and experience are dismissed and critical launches are treated as marketing exercises in favor of 'aggressive' yet ineffective directions that end up costing more all round Company has quite a large leadership team for its size, yet their influence remains unfocused and inefficient. Operational realities go unheeded; roles & responsibilities remain blurred; no accountability & little transparency The 'People' team (HR & Culture) behave unprofessionally, with no consistency and total zealotry. Instead of reflecting on feedback on practices and remarkably negative experiences caused by the managerial vacuum indicated above, they caution vocal team members that they appear... 'negative'. This is effectively tantamount to being branded a 'non-believer' in a cult and the conditions for personal discomfort and eventually leaving the company soon begin to manifest. Chaotic environment – vital operations can cease/fall into neglect during product launches – work hours can be impacted suddenly and significantly. Very high attrition rate
