Wish it had better benefits.

No pros, only your time and good behavior to tolerate people with poor o unexistant communication skill, just do your work and be patiently waiting for the payday. Get hired at your own risk.

Don't invest a professional carreer or studies in here. Search for another place to work it will be better. Get om board if you really need it, there are more roofer with more culture and professionalism.
