Good entry point for retail, but poor management - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso ROSS

managers/supervisors need to be kept in check. my managers would misuse their power to always talk down to us, were rude, and expected us to do EVERYTHING. I was a sales associate + cashier. it was my first job in retail. and they kept comparing me to the lead cashier who had been working there for years. i don't think it's fair to compare a newbie to the lead or even manager. the company should also raise the hourly pay for what we have to deal with from management and customers.
