Working hours should be 8am -5pm but everyone works at least 2.5-5 hr more each day. Sometimes you are even called into work on weekends. However if you a 2 minutes late to work, you will be pulled up on it with a warning. Furthermore the work environment is awful - corporate culture is weak, poor management of staff, turnover is high
