Nice coworkers, Horrible Management - Recensione dipendente - Recruiter presso RPC (Texas)

Good company to work with the people are really nice. Bosses are super cool. They took a chance on me and I respect them highly for it.

Work load is a lot for the pay I’m receiving. I’m recruiting on top of my duties already. Commission for recruiting is very low.

I have given several different people Contact information for RPC. Very professional and they have high expectations from those that they staff. They want people who are serious about being employed because they definitely staff you with top notch companies.

No come; however, the last at the front desk is snippy (has a bit of an attitude when you ask questions), short and unapproachable. Maybe she was having a rough start to her day when I was there.
