During my nearly two-year tenure, I was consistently impressed by the humility and accessibility of the leadership team. The C-suite leaders make a genuine effort to know every employee by name. This isn't limited to the headquarters; it happens during active site visits in the field and at holiday events where they make a point to engage personally with spouses and significant others.
