None that I can think off. Honestly very strong, happy company.

Flexible at times with hours; over time hours offered frequently. There is room for some growth if you work hard and show determination.

Terrible pay! Management only cares about increasing their own salaries and leaving the workers that do all the actual labor in the factory with the lowest pay possible. I worked for this company for quite a few years and barely received a raise without having to beg. That goes to show you how much this company "appreciates" their employees. You also have to endure smoldering heat waves inside, sometimes over 100 degrees during the summer months and terrible smell of rubber that will be sucked into your pores and all of your clothes (unless you work in one of the office in AC all day). This is a real review from a real former employee. The previous reviews are hardly believable.
