Easy to work for, give you space to devolp and find your niche in a large engineering company. Constant support from senior engineers on projects.

Pay is far below the going rate in other companies in surrounding area. Even after chartership the pay is still way too low for the job.

Everything is best at RPS, have been working for 5 years now , very supportive and friendly higher management

Only 15 leaves per year, no medical perks for family only for working people, no paternity leave and there are no other cons
