Sponsored by a friend of the CEO; 2. Can hold your own in a conversation about sports; 3. Have a good sense of humor; 4. Some intellectual competency, but never more than your boss - provided your boss is in good standing by the friends of the CEO. While the work has the potential to be fairly interesting don't expect your output to stand on its own merits. No one wants to know what you did, they only want to know who is backing it.
