Management stuck in the 50's - Recensione dipendente - Not Applicable Title presso RQMIS

I worked in this company for a year , and the experience I gained in the company is tremendous as a fresh graduate . I have gained traditional and special 510k experiences along with IDE, PMA and pre sub experiences in just a year. Manager of this company is more like a professor who helps you learn and grow in career rather than just merely managing you . You get to work with diverse medical devices and diverse clients. My presentation, communication and various soft skills improvised a lot. The experience you get here is incredible as you handle the entire lifecycle of the project ( from non clinical phase to marketing submissions ) rather than just a part of the project. I would like to end the review by saying this company is a stepping stone for the future career.

I would like to say that there are no cons as such

If you are desperate for money, consider this for a stop-over. They will be semi-good to you for about a year. Never stop looking.

The owner is extremely passive aggressive. When you're not looking, he'll smack you upside the head with unexpected expectations. Record, screenshot, BCC everything. Be prepared for adversity when you prove him false/wrong/a liar. Do not compromise yourself overbilling clients to meet a quota. Bill what you've actually done. Record everything. Screenshot EVERYTHING. This place is so toxic. Don't work here. They have their favorites, for whatever reasons, and you cannot say anything constructive against them to make things better in-house. Owner will strip you of all wfh privileges claiming the need tO fix a clients account, while allowing the project manager of that account carte blanche work from home privileges. They will make you grovel to justify wfh for 2 hrs to cover a Dr's appointment. Salary here is a literal prison. RUN AWAY
