5 years ago Mike England took this company to its peak! He made it about the people and created a fun and exciting workplace! It was THE place to work! Following a re-structure on Oct 2020 things took a turn. Trust was lost overnight and over the following 18 months we lost all our best people! I am sure this is still a better company than some of our competitors and if you’re new to the business then it will be a positive experience. However for the few that are left we mourn the past.

The business has lost its way, new MD / FD have taken it in a different direction and it’s all about the money. KAMS are treated like dirt and are blamed for everything but recognised for nothing. There are so many new people in senior roles and middle management is a real issue in stopping things getting done. Still considerably arrogant and lots of people trying to make a name for themselves by stepping on others. If you’re a dog eat dog corporate go getter then this is the company for you! If you want to actually enjoy your job and the company of your colleagues there are better places.
