Frequent restructuring and layoffs occurs, yet their lack of genuine insight into how the business works renders their elaborate "strategies" ineffective. This is reflected in the deteriorating performance, especially in recent years. - Favoritism and nepotism are prevalent in the promotion and hiring processes, enabling mediocre individuals to advance. The caliber of the top management team is thus questionable; they may hold fancy managerial titles, but they severely lack the necessary leadership qualities.
