Total lack of leadership beyond making a good speech about what doesn't work in the industry the company serves. Zero execution chops and no heart to do the tough company transformation required.over the long term.. Senior management had no capability to run this company, basically using the cash from SecurID to fund the money losing units in Netwtnesss and IAM. The most successful business units are the ones mgmt decided to neglect. Recent executive hires were just friends of Amit with no particular experience or skill. (Bezurity!? really!?)
