1. Full of politics. Almost all of management is full of lobbyists. 2. Flawed recruitment system . Examples: --You can see relatives getting in so easily with mere skills & credentials. Brothers, cousins, spouses all in. -- if you do not have a 'godfather' or 'godmother', dont even consider applying for a job here in higher position. 3. In-competent managers in QA. No technical skills. You need to be very careful while handling them.
