Legacy products and technologies older than Egypt pyramids. RSA now is a name for failing corp. People are very unfirendly - way to SNOBS, most not willing to help. Software releases full of bugs and misunderstandings between product and r&d.If u have passion for trends in hi-tech do your self a favor on don't apply RSA, otherwise you will reapply after short time to other company.
