Family atmosphere, great team, good hours & benefits. I worked there for 21 years and that speaks for itself.

No unbearable cons that are not in every workplace. I only regret that well all lost our jobs when the production department was phased out. But I have nothing bad to say about the job or the business.

Still a few good upper management people left.

Manufacturing is a shambles. Many employees have been there for decades which could be good, but many are set in their ways and are stuck in a rut. RSC is a declining company that has lost market share over the past 5 years and they refuse to invest the proper amount of money into product and marketing to turn that trend around. On top of that, the recent reduction in the sales staff and change in sales leadership has sucked the wind right out of whatever sails were left.
