• Bullying is widespread and normalised • A culture driven by fear, favouritism, and ego • Progress depends heavily on aligning with a long-standing inner circle • Yes-men thrive, while independent thinkers struggle or leave • People are pitted against each other to maximise profit • Creativity and alternative approaches are discouraged • Poor communication and lack of transparency • Heavy emphasis on awards and charity messaging, with little information about anything else that is going on • Burnout is common and largely unaddressed • Bad behaviour is excused as “strong personalities” or “just how they are” I experienced bullying during my time here. Leaving was the best decision I made, and moving into a healthier environment confirmed that the issue was cultural rather than personal.

The grad scheme is a bit of a mess but if you show initiative you can learn so much, the team is very much there to help you.
