HR Managers Constantly Leaving Some Project Managers do not care and do very little work which hurts the team. Weak team of Account Executives causes more work that is not needed (too many hands in the pot, keep them out of operations). No advancement opportunities. Bad benefits (Health Care $ goes up significant for worse coverage). Upper Management does not respond to various items until it is too late. Need a better management structure (shouldn't have entire company of PM's report to 1 director).
