As a large company, you get the pros of a corporate structure, rigid title, pay, benefits, growth ladder, and a level of anonymity, if that is what you are looking for. However, I found all the employees very nice and they had a lot of 'team building' outings (like golfing) so if you are looking to keep your head down and work 40 hours, you can, or if you want to make friends, you can.

Easy to get lost in the system, especially if working from home.

Cool building, good benefits, fun annual party, some good people/leaders

Some toxic leaders, lack in good communication, not a coherent culture
