They hire way more people than they need and then suddenly fire staff for no reason. - Atmosphere: The workplace is very toxic and unprofessional. It doesn't feel like a supportive team at all. - Pay & Hours: The salary is only 3,000–3,500 AED for a 6-day work week. For how demanding the job is, the pay is way too low.
