Hated the place - Recensione dipendente - Commercial Credit Analyst presso RTC (Italy)

The Mgr. that hired me was only friendly during the interview. My first day on the job she did not speak to me at all. The rudeness continued during my entire employment. I was not allowed to speak with anyone at all without having my job threatened weekly. The concept of what the company does and the work itself was great but the lack of any work culture at all is depressing. I had to run from the position.
