You can bring up ideas or concerns and you will get heard, which is not something you find everywhere. The team is smart, down to earth, and easy to work with. It is definitely fast paced and that is not for everyone. You are expected to behave like an adult, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. Nobody is going to babysit you, but you are also not left hanging. If you like taking responsibility and working with people who respect each other, RTS Labs is a solid place to be.
