1) Poor Management. 2) Horrible managers. 3) No good Financial perks.

Good learning experience on new technologies with good people around.

1. Salary doesn't come on time, sometime it was delayed for more than two months. 2. Claims of some employees are pending from years. 3. I was not certain on the organisation growth so quitted. 4. Poor management, no appraisals.
