The benefits are comparable to other large companies. My fellow workers are extremely skilled and hard working. You have to be with this management. The group I work for are trying to use more current technologies, but it is a constant battle with the old timers and management.

The same tools are used without any upgrade until they go end of life. IT personnel are constantly behind and cause you to be constantly behind and don't know how to setup or configure environments unless you explain. Unrealistic schedules. No continuity, I have been with IIS for a year and I have had three different supervisors.
