If you brown nose then, even though you can't figure out why your C++ code won't compile on a Ada compiler, you can become a technical lead two years out of college. And if you do try to actually excel, you had better do it in less than 50 lines of code or your thick fix will set off an alarm and you'll be sent packing because you might jepordize the "truck load of money backing up to there door." And since Arizona is a "right to work" state, they can liable you and there is nothing that you can do about it. Where is 60 minutes when you need them.
