Can be stressful most of the time. - Expectations from management are often times unreasonable. - Not much training for newer people. - Not much respect from senior employees toward younger ones. - Many unreasonable idiosyncrasies such as having to work overtime without getting overtime paid unless coming in on the weekends. - Working with outdated technology that are not useful anywhere else.
